Im in north bay now, with my girlfriend attending a wedding. so far soo good. nice and sunny here. i went for a swim in Trout Lake. a nice small lake that i thought would be nice and warm. not so. freezing.. but i got in a good swim and got my heart rate up nice and high. thats about it. havent heard anything about my leg yet but man i am antsy to run!!!!! ughhh.
